Or am I…?

What the hell is going on, Ephelia?? Snap out of it, will you?
Or, will you…?

Hmm, what could all this spoop possibly mean?

was she really day dreaming? or was she actually seeing something that none else was able to see? was that a deadly vision telling her to be caution? because something like that can’t be mere day dreaming! nice one keep it coming!

Are the book’s speech boxes in panel 2 and 3 supposed to be empty or is that an error?

Ephelia… Talk to Bouquin. You’re clearly going through some problems with insanity after being resurrected and need to tell the sentient book the troubles you’re having. The longer you don’t help him understand the situation, the worse it’s going to get.

Also, just wondering, Does Bouquin have a reason to flip into the middle pages? Or is that just so the art looks good because the front page unevenness always ‘feel’ uncomfortable?
… Does Bouquin feel uncomfortable when his spine is poorly balanced? The deepest lore

Side note: Congrats, because of this website, Bouquin and Ephelia don’t trigger my spellcheck anymore. Welcome to the dictionaried club.

I just realized how the monsters remind me of the game “Don’t Starve”. They only appear when your sanity is low. And if you go too far off the deep end, they can actually attack you.
